Competence+ D/I

Welcome to Competence+ D/I e-Learning the digital platform that bridges two European initiatives and invites you to experience a seamless journey of learning and professional growth.

The Competenceplus concept stems from two interlinked European projects: the original Competences+ and its continuation, Competence D/I (Diversity & Inclusion). Through this joint platform, you can explore all stages of both projects’ development and implementation — gaining knowledge, skills, and direct access to all related tools and resources.

As a VET trainer, you’re learning path ideally begins with the Trainers Library, where you can acquire a solid theoretical and methodological foundation on the key concepts and frameworks of the projects — such as inclusion, diversity, and behavioral competences. After this introductory phase, you proceed to the Workshop on Inclusion & Diversity, which serves as the first official module of your training journey.

You then continue with the following four modules, each designed to deepen your understanding and equip you with practical tools to support your target groups effectively. By completing all five modules, you will be fully prepared to understand, engage with, and train your learners using our interactive tools and methodologies.

This structured learning pathway allows you to approach the Competence+ experience holistically — transforming theory into practice and knowledge into action.
